Ingredients
Noodle (contains wheat), extra virgin olive oil, chopped squid, diced squid, peeled shrimp, mussel, fried tomato, onion, paprika, salt and fish broth.
How to use:
- Pierce the bag with a fork or knife several times on one side.
- OPTION 1 (Microwave): Insert the bag and heat for 2-3 minutes at maximum power (180ºC)
- OPTION 2 (Oven): (Recommended to heat more than 3 servings at the same time).
- Insert the bags and heat for a maximum of 7 minutes at 180ºC.
- Open the bag with scissors and plate.
Allergens:
Crustaceans, fish, mollusks, celery, wheat, sulphites and soy.
May contain traces of egg.
Do not freeze
You can keep it in the fridge for up to 30 days.
Once the bag is opened, consume it within 24 hours.
